Mary is a superstar! Very knowledgeable, patient, professional and respectful. I especially appreciated how efficient and sharp she is, considering that we were moving from WA and did not have much time on our hands (but we did have an infant and a toddler in tow). Every time we came up, she was thoroughly prepared to maximize our trips. Inadvertently we kept changing our game plan on her, and she would just roll with the punches.
